（本故事根据真实事件改编，是以我朋友的亲身经历为蓝本，希望世间所有人都能被温柔以待）

此书最初的灵感来源于我的好友，她自幼受到欺凌，还因为环境问题与高中无缘。但是她是个积极乐观的孩子，无论面对什么，她都能挺过去，尽管有的时候会很玻璃心。最近听了她曾经的故事，我深有感触，我认识到，在这片华夏大地上，有许许多多的人需要被温柔以待。

其中的每一个章节都源自她的亲身经历，但很多具体情节都是补充的。其中的人名和地名等都是化名。

当我第一次去撰写的时候，感触很深。在塑造一个快乐的场景时，我会很开心。可是在塑造悲剧时，我往往会想到现实，想到她的遭遇。用文字去记录一系列的事情，也许就是它存在的意义吧。

希望多年后，这部作品可以人们关爱被霸凌者，塑造一个安全健康的世界。也许我以后会出第二部，那时候写的就是她长大后了。希望我年老时，还能通过这个作品找到青春的味道，我现在只有16岁，是挥洒青春的时候。

愿所有人都可以被温柔以待。

英文版前言：

(This story is adapted from a real event and is based on my friend's personal experience, hoping that everyone in the world can be treated with gentleness.)

The initial inspiration for this book came from my friend, who was bullied from a young age and missed high school due to environmental issues. But she is a positive and optimistic child, and no matter what she faces, she can survive, even though sometimes she may have a glass heart. I have been deeply touched by her past stories recently, and I realize that there are many people in this land of China who need to be treated gently.

Each chapter is derived from her personal experiences, but many specific plots are supplementary. The names of people and places are all pseudonyms.

When I first went to write, I had a deep feeling. When shaping a happy scene, I will be very happy. But when shaping tragedies, I often think of reality and her experiences. Using words to record a series of events may be the meaning of their existence.

I hope that in many years, this work can help people care about the bullies and shape a safe and healthy world. Perhaps I will release the second installment in the future, which will be about her growing up. I hope that when I get old, I can still find the flavor of youth through this work. I am only 16 years old now, and it is time to express my youth.

May everyone be treated gently.
